The "X3-EX/GEO" Extrusion Welder - the ultimate extrusion welder for the serious geomembrane installer. The "X3-EX/P" Extrusion Welder - It's ideal for high production welding of large fillet welds such as floors and corners on PE and PP tanks. The X3-EX/P is proudly made in the U.S.A. is designed for continuous high production usage. It features an hour meter, a small control box for greater viewing area and a special handle setup.

The "Mini-X" Extrusion Welder - This is a portable, lightweight, true plastic extrusion welder!  Unlike "piston" type plastic welding machines, the Mini-X uses an auger (extrusion screw) for better material mixing and constant heat transfer throughout the plastic. This also enables the gun to use a wider variety of welding materials, even PVC.  The extruder is centered around a custom DC motor which provides tremendous torque for its size and has a working temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Since there is a minimum of moving parts used in the extrusion screw system, the Mini-X is very durable and reliable.  The custom motor, together with a temperature control system already proven in our larger extruders, makes the Mini-X very rugged and versatile, giving the plastic fabricator the advantage he needs in an ever-growing and changing industry.

The Munsch SK-SC Extrusion Welder is the perfect welder for repairs on existing liners and when vertical and/or overhead welding is necessary.   The unit is light-weight and compact for welding in tight places. Its pre-heat air nozzle is integrated in the welding shoe for easier welding of inside corners.  The welding shoe can be rotated 360 degrees. The SK-SC is a self-contained unit... no external air supply is required.

Like the SK-SC, the Munsch UK-Comp Extrusion Welder is also light-weight and compact in its design for welding in tight places.  Its pre-heat air nozzle is integrated in the welding shoe for easier welding of inside corners. The welding shoe can also be rotated 360 degrees.  The UK-Comp has a separate temperature controller for the pre-heat air and the extrudate temperatures.  An external air supply is required for the "Comp" model.  The UK-Comp is also available as a self-contained unit, a UK-SC.

The Munsch U7-SC Extrusion Welder is designed to fill the gap between a small detail gun gun like the SK-SC and the high output X2-EX. This unit has enough output to handle big installation jobs but is light and compact enough for detail work such as boot welding. The U7-SC is a self-contained unit... no external air supply is required. The U7-SC is also available as a "Comp" model, a U7-Comp.
