Company Management

Lance Crawford has served as Specialized Assembly Systems - President/Engineer Manager, since 2003. Lance has over 16 years in the design and manufacturing of machinery and automation equipment for thermal assembly, plastic assembly, custom tooling, hot stamping, and plastic decorating industries.

Michael Wong has served as Specialized Assembly Systems - Sales Engineer/Mechanical Engineer , since mid-2004. Michael has over 9 years experience in the medical device industry, involved in product design, prototyping and manufacturing.

Gary Sullivan founded Specialized Assembly Systems in 1998 with Paul Cefalo.  Gary served as President/Sales Manager, until he passed away in July of 2004. Gary passed away after battling Brain Cancer. Gary is survived by his loving wife and two beautiful daughters. Gary had a contagious personality and was always the “life of the party”. Gary was a reliable and steady friend who is loved and is missed. Gary’s’ values, service, and principals are forwarded in all new and existing relationships with our customers.
